Retail Profit ( upto 40% )

Big Lots gives 70% of business volume in addition to retail profit. That means you get a separate retail profit. If you sell a product of 1000 business volumes every day, in which retail profit is 20%, then the sale of the month becomes 30000 rupees. Your retail profit will be 6000 rupees.




Leaders Club (6%)


6% of the company's total GBV is distributed among the Leaders Club qualifiers. If A.D.P. Performance Zone Incentive (5% to 24%)

PBV + GBV = BV (Business Volume) One Time Achievement. Once you come to a level, you get income according to the same level forever. Means promotion only. No demotion. You get a commission on your performance zone level and a reduced percentage of your downline's performance zone level. Unlimited depth level business from your team will be considered in your business. When you start a business, you are at the 5% level. This is called Beginner Zone.

In such a situation, if you bring a new person with 5000 BV in business by showing a plan, then you get co-sponsor royalty and total income from the performance zone is 8% + 13% = 21% x 5000 BV = Rs 1050. Meaning, if you bring 10 new people into business, you can get 10500 rupees. If you self-purchased 5000 BV, then you will get 5000 BV x 18% = Rs 900 When you make 160000 BV, then you fall into the income zone and your level becomes 24%. In such a situation, if you bring a new person with 5000 BV in the business by showing a plan, then you get co-sponsor royalty and total income from the performance zone is 8% + 19% = 27% x 5000 BV = Rs 1350. Meaning, if you bring 10 new people into business, then you can get Rs 13500. If you self-purchased 5000 BV, then you will get 5000 BV x 24% = Rs 1200




Co-Sponsor royalty (8%)


When you bring a new person into the business by showing a plan, you are called that person's co-sponsor. And you keep getting 8% co-sponsor royalty on their joining and every repurchase. That means work once and money again and again. Suppose you started Big Lots Business, and co-sponsored 100 people in three months.
